Had a problem with my 4 year old Best Range Hood. Fan worked but no control of the light or fan speed. Called several appliance repair companies but they either didn’t work on this brand or were weeks out. Innovative Appliance came out and properly diagnosed the problem and ordered a new circuit board and controller.
Parts took a few weeks but Innovative quickly scheduled the repair and everything works again.
