Thank you, Innovative Appliance. Ian, traveled 2 hours to replace a broken part in my dishwasher; he also noticed a vibration that was not addressed in my original concern and he remedied that. Quiet dishwasher again! Ian went above and beyond to make everything fit and work perfectly. He is professional, neat, and talented.
