Ion was fantastic. He was professional, friendly and went beyond the call of duty! He fixed our dishwasher and followed up a few days later to see if the repair was still okay. Their customer service is also exceptional. Seconds after I had hung up with Miele (who had told me it could take 48-72 hrs to hear from Innovative Appliance) and I was receiving a call to schedule the appointment. Highly recommend.
